There is nothing more important to me than family. We have spent the last 25 years taking great pride in creating a brand, our customers and staff have been at the heart of everything we do at MUA.
It is clear to everyone here within MUA that the situation surrounding the Covid-19 pandemic is getting more concerning as each day passes. Recent events have made it more obvious than ever that we must all pull together and act responsibly if we are to navigate the coming weeks and months effectively and help contain the spread of the virus.
In accordance with the government guidelines, MUA will close temporarily on Wednesday 25 March and reopen Wednesday 15 April. Although it is with a heavy heart, we fully support our government. Our overriding priority is the safety and well being of both our team, our valued customers and our communities. We would like to apologise for any inconvenience our closure may cause. However, the well-being of you and everyone is of paramount importance to us.
As a consequence, removal of any purchased items needs to take place immediately. Please if you have an outstanding collections, contact the team on +44(0)28 79469564. Collection of items purchased will be facilitated, by appointment only, Wednesday 25 and Thursday 26 March. We will not be charging buyers for storage for items remaining on site during the lockdown period.
We will continue to be there for you during this time, and our team will be working remotely in the background. Our Accounts department will be operating and you can contact MUA Accounts. Rest assured we will be back open Wednesday 15 April, we can’t wait to get back to all things auctions, buying and selling. We have lots of exciting things in store here at MUA, so watch this space! But for now, we are just pressing pause and taking this time out to help combat this virus, support our frontline NHS workers and keep everyone safe.
