This has been a difficult few weeks for people all around the world, but we want you to know that during uncertain times like these, you can continue to trust MUA. While our auction calendar remains unchanged, and we are continuing with our upcoming live onsite auction Saturday 21 March as scheduled with a live auctioneer.
Please note the following safety-related changes in place for this auction:
- All items will be sold virtually only (via photograph)
- Customers are strongly recommended to register and bid online
- Auction site remains open for equipment inspection, 9am to 5pm daily
- A cleaning company is operational at our auction site and offices to implement additional sanitisation procedures
- We are providing hand sanitising stations
The good news is that the vast majority of our live auction sales already occur online: with 71% of items sold during live auctions won by online bidders. Click here to find out all the ways you can bid online.

We are open for business as usual. Our priority is to protect our customers and employees. If you are attending our salerooms and offices, we ask that you pay attention to your own personal hygiene. When attending the auction please wash your hands frequently and respect the space of other buyers and our staff. Also, children under the age of 16 are not permitted onsite. Importantly, if you have a cough or temperature please do not attend the auction, but use our online buying facilities.
